At Paradise Dominion Life Church in Namutumba Town, Eastern Uganda, we recognise the importance of education in children’s lives and the future of our community. Through our school project and children’s support ministry, we welcome well-wishers, individuals, businesses and organisations who would like to help children access education and essential supplies.

Our goal is to encourage people to work together to support children’s learning, wellbeing and development.

Why Supporting Children’s Education Matters

Education gives children an opportunity to develop knowledge, discover their abilities and prepare for future responsibilities. It also helps them participate more confidently in their communities.

However, the cost of school requirements and daily necessities can create challenges for some families. School materials, meals, clothing and sanitary supplies are among the needs that may require additional support.

When communities come together to support children, they can help reduce some of these challenges and encourage children to continue learning.

About Our School Project and Children’s Support Ministry

Paradise Dominion Life Church supports a primary school and welcomes partnerships that can help address children’s educational and essential needs.

We believe that supporting children is one practical way to serve our community. Our children’s support initiative provides an opportunity for people who care about education and child wellbeing to explore ways of contributing.

We welcome conversations with potential partners who would like to understand the project and discuss how they can help.

How You Can Support Children’s Education

There are several ways well-wishers and partners may be able to contribute to children’s education and wellbeing.

1. School Scholarships and Education Support

Education support can help address some of the costs that make schooling difficult for families. We welcome discussions with individuals and organisations interested in supporting children’s education through scholarships or other appropriate forms of assistance.

2. Scholastic Materials

Children need learning materials to participate in classroom activities. Items such as exercise books, pens, pencils and other basic school supplies can help meet some of these needs.

Well-wishers can contact the church to discuss suitable materials and how to coordinate their support.

3. Meals and Feeding Support

Access to meals is an important part of children’s wellbeing. We welcome partners interested in discussing ways to contribute to children’s feeding needs and related support.

4. Clothing and Essential Items

Children may also need clothing and other basic items to support their daily lives. Contributions of suitable items can be discussed with the church before arrangements are made.

5. Sanitary Supplies

Sanitary supplies are important for children’s hygiene, dignity and wellbeing. Partners can discuss appropriate ways to contribute these essential items according to the needs identified by the church.

Our children’s support initiative welcomes interest from people and organisations who share a concern for children’s education and wellbeing.
